Refund policy
As your product is made to order and made individually just for you, refunds and returns can not be given to change of mind purchases or incorrect sizing. So please check the measurements of the clothing that you are ordering carefully. It is recommended that when choosing a size for best fit, you match the measurements that are provided with each product, with a similar clothing item that you already own and feels comfortable.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS FOR FAULTY ITEMS
If you have received an item that is faulty or damaged or the item has not been printed properly, please follow the following procedure within 30 days of receiving the garment.
1. Once you receive your order, look for an email from customer@trackorder.site. You can use this link to submit feedback, report an issue and request a refund or replacement to customer support.
Include in your email;
a) photo of item
b) problem with item
c) specify if you prefer a refund or replacement
d) Your claim will then be verified. You will not be required to return the item.
2. Please note that if the product was lost in transit due to an address error caused by the customer, only production costs can be refunded.
